(“LGD”) where this Privacy Policy is posted or referenced and through information collected via OLED SPACE website “https://kr.oledspace.com/” (“Website”). This Privacy Policy does not pertain to other information that is collected offline or to information that is posted or provided by third parties.

A. Information We Collect

(1) Information You Provide Directly to Us

We collect your email address, user name and profile photos when you create your OLED SPACE account by linking your Facebook, Twitter or Google account; and/or

We may collect your first and last name, telephone number, delivery address and email address if you choose to participate in a contest or sweepstakes.

The above list provides an example of the personally identifiable information that may be collected on the Website.

(2) Website and Usage Information

When you visit the Website there is certain information that we may automatically collect, whether or not you decide to create your OLED SPACE account. This includes your IP address, the date and the times and frequency with which you access the Website and the way you browse its content.

We share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the requirements of law or comply with legal process served on us, protect and defend our legitimate interests, rights or property, including the rights and property of LGD or act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our end users.

With third parties as part of any corporate reorganization process including, but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions, and sales of all or substantially all of our assets.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy or at the time we request the information, we do not otherwise use, share or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information to any third parties.

D. Collection and Use of Information from Children Under the Age of 13

LGD does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use the Website. These sites are not intended for, nor does LG believe they are appealing to, children.

E. International Transfer of Information

Information we collect is stored in the United Sates. If you are located outside of the United States be aware that information you submit will be transferred to the United States If you reside in the EU, we will transfer your personal data to the United States in accordance with the EU data protection law requirements by using model contractual clauses that have been approved by the European Commission or other appropriate means. You may ask us for a copy of these clauses.. You understand that the United States may not provide the same level of protections as the laws in your country.

From time to time, we communicate with users who subscribe to our Website via email. For example, we may use your email address to confirm your request, to send you information about changes to our services, and to send notices and other disclosures as required by law. If we have shared this personal data with third parties, we will notify them about the rectification unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Where appropriate, we will also tell you which third parties we have disclosed the inaccurate or incomplete personal data to. Although we urge you to contact us to find a solution for every concern you may have, if you are an EU resident you always have the right to lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority.

Please note that any information you include in a message you post to any review board, chat room, forum or other public posting area is available to anyone with internet access. If you don’t want people to know your e-mail address, for example, don’t include it in any message you post publicly.

This statement applies solely to information collected on the Website. The Website may contain links to other web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites.

I. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will place an updated version on this page and also revise the “last update” date at the bottom of this privacy policy to show the date the Privacy Policy became effective.

J. Security

No data transmissions over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you understand that any information that you transfer to LGD is done at your own risk.

K. Retention

We access, retain, store and use information for the least amount of time necessary pursuant to our relationship with you, in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law. We will erase your information when you withdraw your membership or when you are inactive on the Website for 12 months. We do not collect more personal information than is necessary to fulfill our obligation to you or at law or for purposes stated in this policy.

Where we process personal data for marketing purposes, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests).  We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data indefinitely so that we can respect your request in future.
