LGD does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use the Website. These sites are not intended for, nor does LG believe they are appealing to, children.

Information we collect is stored in the United Sates. If you are located outside of the United States be aware that information you submit will be transferred to the United States If you reside in the EU, we will transfer your personal data to the United States in accordance with the EU data protection law requirements by using model contractual clauses that have been approved by the European Commission or other appropriate means. You may ask us for a copy of these clauses.. You understand that the United States may not provide the same level of protections as the laws in your country.

We will erase your information when you withdraw your membership or when you are inactive on the Website for 12 months.
